Friends and Family Terms and Conditions

Referrals must purchase a complete system that includes tub, wall and faucet. Installation must be in the following seven counties in our service area, no exception: Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Washington, Mercer and Westmoreland.
Cabinet World referrals will be accepted in our 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh Market area. Cabinet World referral must have a total purchase minimum of $10,000 with cabinetry being 75% of that total.
To receive reward and discount for both parties; you must send us a written request via email to szeiber@fjwinvestment.com or US Postal Service to 214 Pleasant Drive Aliquippa, PA 15001 with the following information: Name, Address, valid Email and Phone number. If your referral sets an appointment without your timely written request, they will not be considered your referral.
All participants are paid when their referral’s installation is complete. In the case where multiple participants refer the same person; we will honor the first received by observing the time of email or the postmark.
Participants receiving monies or prizes from FJW Investment Inc. are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes based on the estimated retail value of the prize and may be issued an IRS Form- 1099 for all prizes won in any calendar year where the aggregate value of all such is $600 or more.
There is no cash value for any prizes that participants receive from FJW Investments Inc.
All winners automatically grant FJW Investment Inc. the right to use their names and images in marketing materials
Only individuals who are both 18 years of age and older and legal residents in the above listed service areas may enter drawings.
FJW Investment Inc. will be the sole arbiter in all matters relating to the Friends and Family Network, including without limitation, drawing entries and in the interpretation of Friends and Family Network Rules. All decisions by FJW Investment Inc. will be final and may not be appealed.
If participant wins a Complete Bath Remodel and chooses not to redeem for themselves. He or She may transfer to a person of their choice where the installation stays within our service area listed above. If participant has made a purchase in the previous 12 months, they will be reimbursed for those prizes.
FJW investment Inc. reserves the right to make changes or corrections to the Friends and Family Network at any time.
We will make every attempt to contact the winner of the Friends & Family Network prize. Some prizes, or prize certificates, must be picked up  at the offices of FJW Investments 214 Pleasant Drive, Aliquippa, PA 15001.Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 30 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed  to the winner, winner will be informed that the prize will be sent. In that case, therefore, winner assumes the risk of prize arrival. FJW Investments is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate. FJW Investments assumes no liability for prizes, including tickets to concerts and/or events that are cancelled or postponed by any promoter or artist.FJW Investments assumes no liability for gift certificates for products or services that are no longer available and/or being offered, (as in the case of a restaurant or merchant going out of business after the contest airs on the station). FJW Investments will not offer substitute prizes.
